“My order was posted on the 28th October. As of yet it hasn't arrived. I have been informed that I have to wait until 11th November before I can contact the company again!! To say that I am not happy is a slight understatement.”
Hi Eric, we truly apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with your order. We understand how upsetting delays can be, and it's certainly not the shopping experience we aim to provide. Although most orders arrive in only a couple of days, Royal Mail advise on rare occasions packages can be delayed and take up to 10 working days which is unfortunately out of our control.
Hi Darren, we are sorry to see you have rewarded us with 1 star. When we checked the tracking details of your order Royal Mail marked your order as delivered as it had been marked as this and you said you had not received it we had to open an investigation with Royal Mail to try and locate the package. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate it which means it has likely gotten lost in transit. We then emailed you to let you know this and that we would be sending a replacement straight out for you and if the original order did eventually turn up you could keep it as a spare.
We're sorry to see that you have left a negative rating. We sent your order to the address that you gave us, this address was shown at checkout, your confirmation email and your dispatch email. “I recently purchased the gold plated talisman, the very first night in bed the screw cap worked loose to reveal the contents as a result l was constanly checking to make sure the cap was tightly in place, however during a 10 minute walk in town the cap again worked loose and fell to the ground never to be recovered. I have since purchased a replacement which is now secued in place with sellotape as a result l find this product not fit for purpose.”
Hi Gary, we are sorry to see that you have gave us a 1 star rating. The talisman products are normally very secure as long as the cap is not cross threaded and is fastened correctly and securely. We check all products before sending and have not had this issue before unless it hasn't been put on correctly as mentioned above. If you would like to speak to contact our customer service team you can arrange for the bracelet to be returned back to us and we can check there are no faults with the capsule for you.
“Don't order outside the UK. Expensive product to begin with and then import duties whacked on top. Haven't received the product as it would cost me €50 for one single band. As for the customs charge we do have the following advisory in the terms and conditions you accepted before the order was placed “Additional customs charges may be levied for all orders sent outside the UK. These are beyond our control and you have not been charged UK taxes.”.
