“Apart from you machine being out of order last month I can't fault the quality of the cards once it was up and running. I actually personalised the Diabetes card by mistake . I actually wanted the medical identity card but hadn't noticed it was a diabetes one at the time. It was my fault entirely but I wonder if you cajole make it a little more obvious regarding the types of cards. I went on to do another card once I noticed my mistake. I have done cards for both my parents who are getting a little muddled at times and can't remember their post code or phone number so this helps in those circumstances too.”

“This company was signposted on the Sound and Balance Centre at Southampton Univeristy. They dealt with my cochlear implant and, as the implant means I can't have an MRI, I decided I should get a Medic Alert bracelet.
Reasonable time lapse till delivery. All details were inscribed. Everything as it should be, (tho the strap keeps coming out of the loop which is designed to hold it). Yes, there is cheaper from sellers on Amazon but the reviews generally are not great. The old saying 'You get what you pay for' springs to mind.”
