“I've ordered the medical ID card before and was very pleased with the quality so returned for an updated card now that it's been a couple years. Even now, the old card still hasn't worn or faded, and looks like new. The new card's quality is on par, and I couldn't be happier.
I opted to have my full name on the new card, but because it's quite lengthy it had to be changed from all caps (how I usually input all the ID info) to regular case—which was fine by me. Unfortunately, during the change my name was misspelt, and I received a card with an incorrect forename.
After contacting customer service, a representative got back to me the very next day and had a new card sent out right away. The response was super fast and accommodating; I can't recommend them enough! The rectified card arrived promptly and now sits nicely in my wallet.
As always, I'll be returning in future when my card inevitably needs another update!”
