Hi Clive, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't like your mattress topper and it couldn't deliver the comfort you were looking for. We try and stock a wide range of topper to suit everyones sleeping style but comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a perfect fit :(

Hi Gabriele, thank you for your review. Your Cool Revive Topper comes with mattress straps that you can use to secure your topper to your mattress. Hopefully this should help stop it from sliding around! :)
