“It's been OK but we wanted to return our topper as it wasn't comfortable and didn't cool our bed at all.
We wanted to return the topper told instead of sending g it back for a full refund , we now need to donate it , get a confirm the donation and send this to the topper company and then get a refund .
Strange way of doing things as a customer we are doing all the work.”

Really sorry your topper didn't perform like you hoped it would Susan. Sometimes it takes our bodies a little longer to adjust to a new sleeping surface so we always recommend giving your topper about a month before you get used to it :)
