Hi, really sorry to hear you didn't find your topper performed the way you thought it did. The topper you purchased is rated very highly amongst our other customers so its a shame that you didn't get on with it. Comfort is subjective however and sometimes it isn't a perfect fit.

Thanks for your feedback Shirley, sometimes it takes our bodies some time to adjust to a more supportive sleeping surface. We recommend giving it at least 30 days to let your body adjust
Hi Peter, have you tried unzipping your topper and adjusting the customisable cores in your Seriously Comfortable Revolution topper? Sometimes the cores can get jostled during transport and just need re-arranging. This is simple to do by just unzipping your topper on the side :)
