“Product was not good as they said on their website. I have asked for return they said if you open the box we can not take return. How can we gonna check it’s good or Bad with our opening the box .”
Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your topper, we have had great feedback on this one but comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a great fit. It is industry standard not to accept returns on opened and used product for hygiene reasons. Hope you can understand :)
“Still have not received my trooper it’s now eight days phoned and asked when it would arrive told it had been dispatch on Friday five days before my call then told they could give me a tracking number so I could look to see when it would get to me. Never again will I ordered from them. As I write this still no topper.”
Hi Esther, really sorry to hear you haven't received your topper yet, we despatched your order in 2 days for next day delivery with DPD but it appears to have either got stuck in their system/lost in transit. I will escalate this case with our DPD contact and sort this for you ASAP. :)
Hi Gavin, we despatched your topper within 2 days of you placing your order. We have tried to despatch this topper to your address on 4 separate occasions. We hope Yodel are able to delivery your mattress soon :)

Hi Alicia, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't like your Comfort Boost topper and it couldn't deliver the comfort you were looking for. We try and stock a wide range of topper to suit everyones sleeping style but comfort is subjective and sometimes it isn't a perfect fit :(
