“Incredibly helpful customer service. The piece I recieved is high quality, and I have confidence that it will last for years when cared for correctly. T&S designs are truly unmatched! I will certainly continue to keep up with new releases, and also keep my eye on sales. These designs are empowering and artistic. Everyone deserves to feel sexy, and like a work of art, and that is what this brand accomplishes. I am thrilled with my purchase. :)”

“I will never order from this company again, even though their designs are beautiful. The exchange policy for international orders is basically nonexistant (pay shipping to return for store credit, which will then incur further shipping costs and taxes to reorder). In their ads, they highlight a fit guarantee, but when the item does not fit, there is no support. I ordered correctly according to their sizing chart, and the response from support implied that I don't know my own size. Incredibly disappointed.”

Our sizing guide is there to help; however, everyone's body is different, and sizing may differ from style to style or brand to brand. While we always try to provide the best shipping rates for our customers, international costs are high. This is why we split the cost with customers. The return/exchange policy is listed on our site: "We’re all about quality not quantity and shipping costs are high, so please forgive us splitting the cost with you. Return your order for a flat fee of $20 USD and get a refund to your original payment method. Fee is reduced to $10 for Store Credit returns." xx
