I will never order from this company again, even though their designs are beautiful. The exchange policy for international orders is basically nonexistant (pay shipping to return for store credit, which will then incur further shipping costs and taxes to reorder). In their ads, they highlight a fit guarantee, but when the item does not fit, there is no support. I ordered correctly according to their sizing chart, and the response from support implied that I don't know my own size. Incredibly disappointed.
