“I ordered a Verset perfume Purpurine but the order confirmation stated Preziosa. I emailed and phoned the company and received a phone call back stating that the order would be changed in the warehouse. Unfortunately the wrong perfume arrived but TBC arranged for the correct perfume to arrive within 2 days. Unusual these days to get such a responsive service.”
“Although it took over two weeks for my items to arrive due to being out of stock, the staff's communication was good. They were very helpful and kept me up to date. When my items arrived, they were well packaged and I got a beautiful body lotion added. This was such a lovely gesture.”

So I stupidly reordered the body wash. After 6 days I received 2 separate orders, in two separate packages. They were both hand wash. Not body wash. I coomplained and they sent me 1 body wash. So I am still down 1 body wash. On the plus side I have 2 hand washes I never asked for. In summary, they are useless.”
