“My delivery didn’t turn up. I notified Total Body Care who assured me they would send it again but nothing was delivered. I have written to Total Body Care again but no one has responded. I have purchased my products elsewhere and will be trying to get a refund through my credit card company.”
“I ordered body wash from them. Waited two weeks and didn't receive anything. I got to thinking maybe my order just didn't go through as they said on the website it would take 3-5 days. So I stupidly reordered the body wash. After 6 days I received 2 separate orders, in two separate packages. They were both hand wash. Not body wash. I coomplained and they sent me 1 body wash. So I am still down 1 body wash. On the plus side I have 2 hand washes I never asked for. In summary, they are useless.”
“I am very dissatisfied. the product I ordered has still not arrived. I have emailed and telephoned you but have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Royal mail still say they are expecting the parcel. Your Shipment #000025981 for Order #000038589. I hope this review finally gets me a resolution.”
