Twickets offers no protection for sellers – refunded buyer without verifying facts 🌐 Review Text: I recently sold a valid Ticketmaster ticket through Twickets for the Guns N’ Roses concert on 26 June 2025. The buyer accepted the mobile transfer directly via the official Ticketmaster platform and had full access to the dynamic, non-duplicable barcode from their own Ticketmaster app. Despite this, Twickets refunded the buyer based solely on a "turned away" claim — without verifying entry scan data with Ticketmaster or giving me, the seller, any meaningful opportunity to dispute it. Ticketmaster confirmed to me that only the buyer can request such data, but Twickets chose not to insist on this. I followed every platform rule and transferred the ticket exactly as instructed, yet Twickets sided with the buyer (a regular user, as they admitted) based on unverified claims. This creates a dangerous precedent: any buyer could falsely claim non-entry and get a refund, leaving sellers exposed. If you’re considering selling tickets on Twickets, be aware that you have no protection if something goes wrong, even when you’ve done everything correctly.

Buyer beware, If the concert is cancelled then as a buyer you will not be refunded the buyer fee, which in my case was £15. It took 6 weeks to get the money back from the seller. Twickets refers you to PayPal and wants nothing to do with it. When the concert is cancelled you will receive NO notification and you will NOT get a refund directly from the event organisers so it becomes a minefield. Booking tickets via Twickets for future events is risky

Absolute waste of time!!!! DO NOT USE! I have had tickets up for sale for about 2 months now. On Twickets, you set the price and the buyer can send offers. Once you “accept” said offer, nothing happens. No notification as to whether they have or will purchase. What an absolutely ridiculous waste of time. Put up my 2 tickets elsewhere and one has sold overnight within hours! I won’t be using Twickets again.

I was still waiting to hear from a buyer who had offered a fair price for my tickets after I had accepted the offer. It was 30 mins for the event and Twickets, before the buyer was able to pay for the tickets, told me the possibility to sell my tickets expired on the basis they may no longer have time to deliver the ticket to the buyer (the tickets are online). This wasn’t stated when I put my tickets on sale, and I find this terribly unfair coming for a site boasting so much about its correct and fair practices online. Also, there is no way to contact them in case things go wrong as they do not have a customers service contact, so I am basically left in the dark with no option to recourse

Parasitic company. Do nothing for the fees they charge and if you leave a review they do their utmost to have it removed. Avoid

would give zero stars if I could. Requirement to link to paypal account whilst cancelling echeques meant I needed to follow their instructions, which I did to the letter. Paypal then permanently cancelled my account for "activity inconsistent with the user agreement". So I can't sell my tickets AND my paypal account is dead.

Appalling ! Despite many , many emails prior to the gig I received no ticket only assurances that it would be transferred ! Guess what ? It never came and I am not only the cost of the ticket out of pocket but my hotel booking is now not needed. Total joke of a company

Customer service non existent. Problem getting moderator to accept listing but keep denying for a reason that isn’t accurate. No response on Instagram DM, email direct on Insta not working, sent separate email to CS only to be advised to fill in a form with the detail. It’s painful dealing with these guys and I still can’t put my tickets up for sale.

DO NOT BOOK VIA TWICKETS IN THE CASE OF CORONA. Their terms and conditions state that if a show is cancelled, they WILL NOT refund you their booking fee. I bought tickets to an event that was rescheduled twice and their terms mean I am not eligible for a refund. This is the first time I've used them. I will not be using them again. Every other company I have purchased tickets through has refunded me, regardless of corona. Paying for a service that is not delivered and not refunded is actually disgusting. Take your custom elsewhere where your purchase is protected as a buyer.

I bought a re-sale ticket from ‘twickets’. I bought tickets on the site, paid the money recieved a receipt and E ticket for the event. The seller then decided she wanted the ticket back after selling to me. Twickets have gone against there policies and given her the ticket back without giving me a refund.
