I was still waiting to hear from a buyer who had offered a fair price for my tickets after I had accepted the offer.
It was 30 mins for the event and Twickets, before the buyer was able to pay for the tickets, told me the possibility to sell my tickets expired on the basis they may no longer have time to deliver the ticket to the buyer (the tickets are online). This wasn’t stated when I put my tickets on sale, and I find this terribly unfair coming for a site boasting so much about its correct and fair practices online. Also, there is no way to contact them in case things go wrong as they do not have a customers service contact, so I am basically left in the dark with no option to recourse
