“There's just me in this house. I am a fruit eater. Three a day. My last box of fruit from you was very good, delicious and in near perfect condition. I regret that the Tamarillos are past their best. They have a short season. But the oranges and apples arrived in unblemished perfection. Sadly I must ration myself but will order another box in a few weeks.”

If I tell people how their fruit is delicious, their communication and fast delivery is awesome and the free delivery is a great bonus, they might get too busy to pack their handwritten postcards.
