“I messaged you because not good with internet etc but you messaged back very quickly how to do it.so followed instructions they then messaged to say they had received a order from me. I ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered on the Thursday very efficient and certainly recommend you to anybody. Excellent service, one very pleased customer, Thank you so much.”

“A bit dissapointed that I didn't receive the material within 2 days, this is advertised but smaller print says, 2 days from dispatch so very misleading. The material comes folded, a nice touch would be to send it rolled. The colour of my 2nd item was not much like the material I received iether so I've had to buy it elsewhere and im left with 5 meters I dont need. All in all though, lovely material and very easy purchase which is the most important!”

HI Sarah, Thank you for your review, I'm glad to hear that you like your fabric. I'm sorry to hear that you were dispappointed with the delivery. We do try to make it clear to customers that orders are dispatched the next working day; and since we work Mon-Fri, we're unable to dispatch on Saturdays. We do offer customers the ability to order their fabric on a roll, but due to the cost we are unable to offer this as standard. The vast majority of our orders are sent folded in a bag, and it's very rare we get complaints about the fabric being creased or marked. You can return any unused material to us for a refund.
