Unfortunatly the fabic I ordered is a much lighter shade than the sample I ordered. It's useable but not what I was expecting . I wish I'd ordered the dark brown instead.

Hi Barbara, I'm very sorry to hear that there was an issue with the fabric you have ordered. If you've not cut the fabric, we may be able to arrange a collection of the incorrect fabric, and delivery of the shade you wanted. I'm going to email you about this order seperately, but otherwise you can email us on orders@ukfabricsonline.com. 2 weeks after placing an order for 3 fabrics i received an email to say one was out of stock. apparently they had sent an email previously but but I didn’t receive it. when i complained about accepting the order when the fabric was out of stock and the impact it would have on my project the reply i received was very poor

Hi Suzanne, First of all can I apologise again for the fabric being out of stock, and the delay that this has caused you. I can see from our email logs that my colleague did email you about this as soon as we discovered the fabric was out of stock. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our response. You asked us to pay you the difference between our fabric and a competitor's fabric - I'm afraid we cannot do that. We did refund the missing fabric as soon as your requested it though. Otherwise, you confirmed you wanted the other fabrics on Tuesday evening, and my colleague arranged the shipment on Wednesday morning; so I do think she's acted quickly to try and resolve this for you. Nice that you sent me a sample promptly unfortunately the felt is too thin. Not the quality I was expecting.

The fabric was great and it arrived in good time but sadly one of the pieces ordered was the wrong colour so I had to return it. The replacement arrived very quickly but it was a nuisance to have to post the wrong one back.

Fabric was the right choice but very disappointed at the size of the sample. Could have done with being at least twice as big.

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the sample size. The samples are intended to give customers an idea of the texture, weight and colour of the fabric. For the printed fabrics, I'm afraid it's not feasible for us to send full pattern repeats as free samples. Will UK Fabrics Online

I’m receiving messages for a review of fabrics which never arrived. I’ve had a full refund after reporting the issue to the company because unfortunately they haven’t anymore of the fabric in stock. I’ve given them 3 stars because the refund was given promptly and I think the fault is with the delivery company.

Material quite a bit different from the sample sent. Supplier says no guaratees the sample & material supplied would be of the same shading. On the positive side, supplier offered to collect the sample at their cost and refund the monies.

Hi Surendra, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this issue caused. As we explained over email, the fabric roll we received from the supplier was a different shade than usual. This shade difference was missed by the person packing your order, for which we apologise. Like most fabric companies, we cannot guarantee exact shade matches between different rolls of fabric, due to the possibility of slight variations in tone during the dying process. However, in your case, the fabric shade was very different to what we would expect; which is why we believe it was an error on our supplier's part, and we offered to refund you for the incorrect material. Fabric samples arrived arrived quickly. However I ordered a couple of metres of one and was informed that the item wasn't in stock. It would be better before I ordered and paid for samples to have known the situation beforehand. It wasted a week of my time and cost me postage for the samples. Communication is key. I'm sure the fabric would have been great!

Dear Sarah, At the time of sample purchase the material was in stock which is why you have received a sample - we do not send samples of materials we do not have in stock. As for the full meters, it is very hard to keep 100% accurate stocks when working with fabrics and sometimes we run out of fabrics while doing the orders due to damages in the fabric, larger quantities than ordered being cut and sent etc; but we always try to email our customers right away informing about this, which what we have done to you as well. We issued a refund as soon as we received your reply. We are happy to let you know when the fabric will be back in stock if you still wish to receive it.😊 We apologize that the ordered fabric was out of stock and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Hi Steven, I'm sorry to see this. This is genuinely the first time I can recall this fabric not being waterproof? Did the water soak through to the cushions, or just into the face fabric? As there is a layer of polyurethane on the reverse which should stop any water soaking through. As I say, this is an extremely rare occurance. We've sold 10,000s of metres of this fabric without complaint about it's waterproof qualities - so I have to assume that this is a production fault on this batch of fabric. Please kindly get in touch with us and we will resolve the matter right away.

Still don’t have my order to unwrap unfortunately, told it was handed to Royal Mail on 3rd. Feb but still hasn’t arrived!!!!!!!
