Hi Isabel, I'm sorry to hear that the fabric has not been delivered yet. We dispatched it on May 16th, but I'm I can't see any tracking updates on the package. I'm afraid our courier does not give us any alerts when a parcel misses scans, so we were unaware there was an issue with this order. You sent your first email on Friday night, and due to the bank holiday yesterday, we did not see this (or your second email) until this morning. Hi Monica, This review is related to the sample you ordered of this fabric, which your other review indicates that you have received? You ordered the 12 metres of fabric on Friday 18th April; with the Easter Bank Holiday, it was not dispatched until Tuesday 22nd of April. It is currently showing as due for delivery tomorrow (Saturday 26th). If it does not arrive, please let us know.

I'm sorry that you've not received your fabric yet. Unfortunately all of the 3-5 day orders we sent on April 14th were lost by the courier. Due to the Easter Bank Holidays, we only became aware of this problem on April 22nd, and we have spent the last 3 days trying to assist our courier in locating our missing parcels. Last night your parcel received a scan and was handed over to Royal Mail, so it should be with you in the next couple of days. Please accept our apologies for this, and for the delay it has caused. My fabric has not arrived, 20 days after ordering, and my communications with the company have gone unanswered so far.

Hi James, I'm sorry that you've not received your fabric yet. You placed your order on April 12th; and unfortunately all of the 3-5 day orders we sent on April 14th have been lost by the courier. Due to the Easter Bank Holidays, we only became aware of this problem on April 22nd, and we have spent the last 3 days trying to assist our courier in locating our missing parcels. As of yet they have not been located; and should we hear nothing tomorrow morning (April 25th); we will be dispatching replacements which should be delivered early next week. Unfotunately it has affected a large number of our customers, and will be very expensive for us to rectify; so we did want to attempt to locate them first. Hi Phil, Firstly, can I apolgise that you haven't received your samples yet. These were dispatched to the address you've provided on February 26th, so you should have had them by now. I'm afraid since this was sent on a Royal Mail 1st Class stamp, there's no way for us to know that the samples haven't been received, until you contact us. My colleague has since replied to the email you sent us earlier today. She will arrange replacements for you as soon as we've confirmed that the address provided is correct. Worst experience I’ve ever had, fabric arrived in a compete mess, covered in threads and fluff! Looked like it had been used to sweep the cutting room floor! Had a bad smell and was see through. I returned and am still waiting on a refund! Would not recommend!

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We received your return on February 25th, and processed the refund on February 26th. It can take up to 5 working days for the refund to process between our payment provider Stripe, and your bank. I'm afraid we have no control over this, but please rest assured the refund is on it's way. We do offer samples of the fabrics, so people can see before they buy. For the sherpa fleece you bought we've been selling it for many years with many repeat customers, so we are confident in it's quality. While it is rare, on occaision the fabrics can on occasion have a smell, which was likely picked up during manufacturing. When we unpack and unroll the fabrics, it can be the first time in months they've had a chance to air properly - but any smells should disappate after a couple of days. Sorry to say I have not received my fabric as yet. I have sent a email yesterday asking when I can expect a delivery but I've not had an answer as yet. I have not been notify who the courier would be or a date when my material would arrive. Very poor service and I would like a refund.

Hi Anne, I'm sorry to hear you have not received your fabric. It was dispatched on February 18th, and handed from Whistl to Royal Mail on February 19th (which is where the tracking on the 3-5 day service you selected ends). You emailled us about this order at 18.13pm yesterday (when we were closed), and my colleague replied to your email at 8.52am today; so we would have appreciated a little bit more time to deal with this. My colleague's email should explain the situation. But please rest assured that if we are unable to locate the package, we will dispatch a replacement or refund the item.

Hi, I've had a look at this order for you, and it looks like you've used your work address, with your home post code for this order, so the courier was unable to deliver. I'm afraid I can't see any emails from your about this order, and we don't get any notifications from the courier about failed deliveries, so we were unaware that there was an issue until now. Incorrect fabric arrived. Contacted uk fabrics and had to keep chasing for a reply. Uk fabrics advised I would have to buy the correct again as I had already cut the incorrect stuff.

Hi Jade, Unfortunately, there was a mistake with your order. We did send you a replacement free of chaqrge as a good will gesture, and we didn't require you to purchase again. We would always recommend double checking the fabric before cutting, as we are only human. We send hundreds of orders out a week, and while we take efforts to minimise mistakes, no company can get it right 100% of the time. Took a while for them to ship my fabrics so I sent multiple emails asking for any updates but got no reply. The samples I ordered were too small to even see a decent amount of the design too

Hi, I''m sorry for the delay on your order. Your samples were dispatched on November 28th, on Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 day after you placed the order. We've unfortunately seen some delays due to Black Friday, as it appears that Royal Mail have prioritised parcel deliveries over letters. My colleague replied to your email less than an hour after we received it, on December 4th. Have you checked your spam folder to see if it's gone there? I'm afraid we can't send full pattern repeats of a £16.99/m fabric for free. We send free swatches as a way of showing customers the texture and weight of the fabric. Half metres are available to purchase for those who need to see the full pattern repeat before placing an order. Hi Carolyn, I'm very sorry to hear that you did not receive the samples. I will arrange a replacement to be sent out for you today. I can see your email from October 21st, which my colleague replied to on the 22nd. My colleague's last email to you on October 24th, said that to let us know if the samples hadn't arrived in that day's post, and we would send a replacement. My colleague didn't recieve a reply to that email, so she assumed they had been delivered. I'd just like to check - your original email asked about 2 samples of corduroy. Your order was for plush velvet - Marine blue, not corduroy. I assume it's the Plush velvet sample which you haven't received?

I ordered samples of fabric. 1 was £16 per metre and the 2nd was £9.99. As the samples are tiny_ I liked both but thought will go for the cheaper one. It turns out the samples were the same fabric . I wanted 11/2 m. So the price was £16 pounds for 1mt and £9.99 for the half metre. Sounds like a con to me. Will look elsewhere.

Hi Audrey, I'm sorry to hear the fabric was not what you expected. We offer our customers this fabric in half metre lengths because it is more expensive than some of our other fabrics, and we believe our customers appreciate being able to order 1/2 a metre, or 3 and a 1/2 metres to make their project cheaper. We do try to make it clear that the fabric is £16.99 per metre, and £9.99 for a half metre. You will have had to click both '1/2 metre' and 'per metre length' in order to order the samples, under the Size option. However we will review this, and try to make it clearer to the customer that it is the same fabric, just with different size options. Will UK Fabrics Online

Hi Linda, Again, please accept our apologies that you the fabric you received was not what you expected. Unfortunately, we mistakenly sent you the purple sample instead of the lavender, so when you ordered the lavender satin, it was not what you expected. We swiftly processed a full refund for both the fabric and the sample order, because this was our error. Review invitations are automatically sent to all of our customers, unless a customer asks to be removed from the mailing list. NEVER AGAIN The order was sent via Amazon's delivery service (why?), which didn't deliver; instead, the parcel was dumped behind bins in full view of a busy road. Of course, it wasn't there when I looked. I was given no delivery or tracking details, and after complaining, I was sent a replacement that took days to arrive. UK Fabrics don't clearly didn't care about providing a reliable service. Mine took 10 days to arrive in real-world time. Quoting 3-5 days delivery after dispatch is a joke. This is 2024 and there are better services that are reliable elsewhere. To have a chance of getting what you ordered shop elsewhere.

Hi Carl, Let me again reiterate our apologies for the late delivery of this parcel. As I explained in our emails, Whistl sent it on the 2 day Amazon service, as it is supposed to be the fastest service for the shipping price you paid. Unfortunately, while the vast majority of our parcels are delivered on time, it appears your package was stolen after delivery. We dispatched a replacement parcel on the same day that you informed us of this issue, on Royal Mail, as you requested. Please accept our apologies for any inconveince this delay has caused. I still haven’t received my order I have sent emails stating that my order as not delivered but still no reply there is no phone number to contact them which is maddening as i have paid for my order that I have not received then they send me emails to leave them a review so here you go i am not happy .

While I can see that your package has not been delivered, we do typically want clarification on the address before sending replacements, as an address error can sometimes be the cause.
