“Delivered on time, but, I was expecting to receive the fabric rolled up - it is full of creases due to being folded up, any advice on how to get creases out?”

Hi Anthony, I'm sorry for any confusion, but the delivery method you selected did state that the fabric would be folded in a bag. We did offer you a shipping option to have the fabric sent on a roll at checkout. The roll shipping option costs us as much as the value of your order - so as I'm sure you can understand we cannot offer it as standard. In terms of getting the crease out; steaming and hanging the fabric tends to work well. Will UK Fabrics Online

“Lovely fabric, when it arrived... I chose 2 day delivery knowing it wasn't sent out same day dispatch... but given no actual dispatch time, and with only working days, it was absolutely pointless to pay extra for a speedier delivery... had to order elsewhere with next day delivery so that I'd have something on time... that product arrived faster than this one and cost the same. Shame the dispatch and delivery times let the overall experience of this online store down so much, as the fabrwas lovely!!”

Hi Claire-Louise, Thank you for the review! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in your order and we regret that the dispatch and delivery times did not meet your expectations. We did have a look on our system and upon investigation, our courier's processing delay led to the late delivery. The parcel was indeed dispatched on the 2nd of February but only scanned by our courier on the 5th of February and then delivered on the 7th of February. Unfortunately, we don't offer same day dispatch due to parcel collections and logistical constraints. Thank you for the kind words about our fabric and how good the quality.
