“The medal looks very nice. However, three weeks after reviewing the artwork and giving approval, I had not heard anything about my order. After I reached out to get an update on the status, no one responded. But I got an automated message saying my order was ready to be shipped. Clearly my order was ready, but had been forgotten. Mistakes happen, but a response to my email apologizing for the delay would have been nice. We had emailed back and forth previously, so these were not unmanned emails.”
