“Custom badges take too long for production. I have been told for 3 weeks that my badge was in the warehouse ready to ship. Then on 5/10was told it has shipped and come to find out on 5/14 it was still in production I ordered this badge back on March 5th. Other than this issue ,I've been extremely satisfied with my purchases. If it wasn't for the price of their item/badges I'd find a faster production time somewhere else.”
“The quality is first rate. I missed the item in the description which mentioned the rubber-type strip on the inside of the waistband. I can still use this item, but if I had noticed it, I would have looked for another product.”

“Awful customer service. I received the product that I specifically asked to be hemmed to 32 length. It had to be close to a 36 length and nearly dragging on the floor while I wore boots. If I had not been wearing boots, it absolutely would be dragging. I reached out to return the pants and was told that I would have to pay to return them....even though it was their mistake. The only other option would be to have a local tailor make adjustments and I would supposedly receive a refund for that part. The only problem is that I have tried now twice (via email) to get a follow-up on how that would work and received no communication. I'd recommend buying elsewhere.”
