“Paving slabs have now been delivered and are of great quality. The reason for my poor score was the terrible experience of having the slabs delivered. The courier the seller used was appalling and we were told on 3 separate occasions the slabs would be delivered today but they never arrived. I brought this to the seller's attention but they did nothing to help.”
“The customer service up to the point of delivery was excellent with help working out the most economical way to purchase the slabs for our new patio. We had 3 packs delivered all on pallets. When our builders opened the final pack lots of the slabs were broken, some had large chipped corners and some were broken in 2. The pallet was also very damaged. I contacted customer services and they requested photos which was understandable and I provided several photos and told them how many slabs were broken, our builders then discarded the broken slabs onto the skip, only then for customer services to ask for individual photos of the broken slabs which we couldn’t provide. I have heard nothing since, very poor follow up.”
