“I’m really happy with my order. I ordered a pallet of Himalayan White tiles, and the delivery was super quick. Not a single tile was damaged during transit. My garden looks amazing, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the tiles and the excellent service.”

“This delivery has been a disaster, I paid extra to have this broke down into pallets and for the delivery on a certain day. I sent videos and pictures, which the courier has said they know nothing about and only do a kerbside drop at the address on the order, Ie they won’t drop anywhere else, like the back of the property. I had access arranged on specific day and also setup a storage area for the slabs, I also took a days holiday leave to facilitate this delivery. The courier never arrived as agreed, I have now missed the first fall day of my holiday with my family all in the hope it all now arrives today, however the access is not available now, I have now rushed to get a half full skip removed just so we can place the materials on my drive, we have postponed the scaffold erection from the property, which means stopping the roof, window and render works, all at a large cost to to me, I am also paying for additional workers to now hand bail 3 tonne of slabs around the house. The management of the delivery company confirmed that Universal had not contacted them or sent any instructions, Universal told me prior to my order placed that they had spoke with the courier, I then placed the order based on lies. We have damaged slabs that require replacing but they say they will only refund cost and not slabs, what use it that to me, I ordered a set number for a reason.It will cost me more in delivery for a small number of slabs than the actual slabs, I am not accepting that for a answer, appalling from them to think that’s acceptable. I have been inconvenienced largely and anticipate this cost in the region of £1600 for these actions, which were all totally avoidable, if correctly communicated, I was promised times slots which were also missed. I expect to be compensated for these actions and certainly refunded for all delivery costs, however everything is a negotiation and takes weeks on end, after are is appalling and non existent.”

“My paving slabs 30 were all scratched due to how they were handled into the pallet. Scratched and looked awful. My builder was disgusted with how any company could send such scratched paving slabs. I emailed universal paving twice they have never came back to me,not even asked for photos or offered any money back especially for the really bad ones. Shocking way to run a business.”
