“Great product however. having ordered 1 x pallet of slabs 3 weeks before needing them the following correspondence from myself was ignored:
"I am getting in touch because my order still hasn’t been delivered, and the lack of communication has now caused me real disruption and expense. I purchased paving slabs from yourselves on the 31st of Oct and requested delivery on the 21st of Nov giving you plenty of time to schedule and arrange. I had contractors booked in for the 22nd of Nov and had to cancel at a charge of £200 from them, I contacted your courier Salvatori/Palletways and was told that the pallet of slabs would be delivered on the 22nd of Nov between 8am and 12pm. With this information I rescheduled the contractors to work on a Sunday the 23rd but due to the slabs not arriving again this also had to be cancelled at a cost of another £200 and now they have no availability until early next year. This is not a small inconvenience but a complete write off of the plans I had in place not to mention the cost of reimbursing the contractors for their time wasted. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOTS OF TRACKING INFORMATION.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and now seek compensation and an explanation of what has gone wrong, when will the delivery actually arrive?"
