“Order 2 pallets of cobbles 200x100. One pallet was wire cut and the other was tumbled . I’d already laid the tumbled and had to hand dress/grind the wire cut ones . Apparently it was my fault and should have mixed them .
Delivery on time and priced well but cost me so much in labour .”

“No issues, good range of Porcelain patio slabs at reasonable prices, all arrived in perfect condition, easy to order, happy to use again in the future. The only gripe I have is that having over ordered the number of slabs to allow for wastage and miscalculations and not having breakages, UP would not take back the 29 unopened slabs and two packs of edging I had left over as they were no longer in the bindings (but still on the pallet) so had to sell them elsewhere (which thankfully I managed).”
