“#urban #book #publisher Don't ever do anything with them they are scammer. They robbed me for 5k US money. They are now changing logo and adress in New Yotk but they are the same peoples. Joanne Pépin”

“The company uses a lot of India people and they try to take money before doing their job Do not give them money until you see results of their work. They can be very sketchy so research everything before you give them anything.”

“I started off with William as my project manager, who, of course promised me that he would get me 20 copies of my book as well as telling me that Barnes & Noble was purchasing 1000 copies of my book. Then William fell off the face of the Earth. I was connected with Mark. I connected with Mark 2 to 3 times before he seem to fall off the face of the Earth and his phone numbers are not going through. I have given these people $3000 and still have not seen a finished process of my book or the contact information from the person supposedly at Barnes & Noble who has bought 1000 copies of my book. It is beyond pulling teeth to get these people to actually fulfill their end of a contract. Once again I will reach out to them on their website to finally get somebody to honor their contract and the $3000 they have taken from me. I would be aware to do the business with these people in the future.”

“Lack of communication was my biggest issue with them. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do their job and there is always an excuse on their end as to why they couldn't complete their task. I won't be using them again.”

“I had an awful experience working with Richard and Emma .It started off very well but ended fucked up .I was being asked for additional money after already paying into this. I had to go back and change things on ny own that I payed them to for .And when it came time to publishing the book they wanted more money ,so I asked for the ISBN number so that I could self publish ,they refused to give it to me .I Also asked for my book cover file and up to this day no contact or my original file that I paid for .I would like a refund of all monies paid. I am very unhappy with the Urban Book Publishers.”
