We ordered a bag for college. Delivery was fine. Really happy with the bag. Only problem was the security tag was left on.

First time we have ordered from Vault, great service, prompt delivery and great quality products, only small criticism is that items were a little creased on arrival, packaging could have been better. However we will order from Vault again.

Hi Karl, Firstly I'd like to apologise for the delays you have experienced. Due to Royal Mail strikes, shipping has been disrupted and delayed. We took every measure to fulfil your order in a timely manner. I have now ordered a waistcoat twice both times the picture on the website shows a different pattern on the lining to the pattern of the one delivered which then doesn’t match the rest of the suit!!!

AVOID!!!! Don’t reply to emails!!!! I have been chasing this company up since 5th April… I’ve emailed, sent a message to their Instagram, spoken to someone on live chat and each time I have been fobbed off with poor excuses.. all I want is them to cancel my order! I requested to cancel it the day it went through! Surely it doesn’t have to take 5 days to cancel an order… they said it’s because they are in Australia.. so why is it called ‘The Vault UK’ very misleading. I’m still yet to receive any clarification from them to confirm the order is cancelled and to update the Klarna app

I had a very similar experience as the customer, Natalia below. I ordered myself a pair of black Ugg boots and didn't realise they were being sent from Australia, they took about 2 weeks to arrive which wasn't a massive issue. However the boots were faulty, they both had light shading, as if they'd been sun bleached in a shop window. I immediately emailed The Vault on both their "info" and "returns" email addresses and despite sending 3 emails to each over a period of a week received absolutely no response. Thankfully I had purchased via PayPal so I raised a complaint with them. About 2 hours later I received an email from The Vault to say that my emails had gone into their Spam folders ( I didn't believe them for a moment) but now they had miraculously found the emails and asked that I cancel my complaint with PayPal and that would sort the problem. I told them I would not cancel my complaint until I received a full refund. It cost me £32.00 to return the boots and even when the shipping company confirmed they had been received, again I received no response from The Vault when I emailed to ask for the refund, now they had received the Ugg boots. So I had to raise another complaint with PayPal and it took them another week to investigate and I finally received my refund for the faulty boots, but no reimbursement of the £32.00 shipping fee. So like Natalia I would never order from this company again and would advise you to avoid them like the plague - they are a disgrace.

Had no issues with the service as it was fairly smooth but at 1st I never knew they was shipped from Australia. I collect trainers so when they arrived I looked in the box and that was it never tried or inspected fully. So after a few weeks I decided to get them out the box for my display to find one of the air bubbles had lost air buy these have never been worn so I was confused. I contacted the vault uk to be told your out the 14 day return policy.? I've even contacted nike and they can do anything about it cos the company are not a nike seller on there list. So I've been left with a faulty pair or trainers just like the lady with the ugg boots in the reviews. I don't think i would chance it again with these as stuff isn't cheap and it's funny how things are faulty when you read the other reviews.

Disappointed! My husband got me a pair of UGG boots from this website. It was delivered from Australia and took longer than was expected. When i got the order right boot is faulty, the fur is way much shorter and look very different than the left one. He contacted customer service but with no success. If i send a return i will lose 10% from the refund according to their return policy which is not fair, since is not my fault what happened. So i ordered a pair of UGG boots which looks awful ( wish i could attach pictures). Very disappointed and never ever ordering again from this website!! Pay a lot of money for items that they are not genuine. He contacted customer service and they asked him to pay for the return label. 1) they dont say anywhere that they are shipping from Australia 2) you need to pay for their mistakes . Beware of faulty shoes from The-Vault-UK

It’s been a week since I’ve purchased and delivery was supposed to be 48 hour tracked. Still not received my parcel and to top it off I have emailed numerous times and no one has bothered getting back to me. There is no information on who to contact to resolve this as after this horrendous experience I want my money back.

Bought a pair of joggers on 21/11 they sent the wrong ones and initially communication was great asked for a picture as proof then said no problem will send you a return label and the correct joggers ....29/11/23 2 emails later and no reply to either just being ghosted and no label or jogger. Avoid this firm like the plague you have been warned.
