“Please avoid them. They are fraudsters.I regret the day I trusted them with my savings, sending them to be kept safe and multiplied, only to try to withdraw and have nothing happen. “Do not invest here. They are very quick to collect your money, but when it comes time to withdraw it, they stop answering your calls and emails and then eventually disappear. I lost about $317,450 to this company. “Do not use. Spend the extra £20 to order from a legitimate business. Item not arrived. Poor excuses and will not refund once item is supposedly 'in transit' which includes when the item is not moving. So you are stuffed. Avoid and go elsewhere.”

“**Beware** this company is located in Australia, even though they appear to be in the UK. I ordered Ugg boots on 3rd December. Tracking information states that they were posted from Australia on 4th December. It’s now 14th December and the boots still haven’t arrived. Tracking information from Australia post states that they have been stuck in Sydney then I’ve had tracking information from Royal Mail that states they were shipped from Australia on 4th December but still haven’t arrived in the UK. 🤷‍♂️ I’ve contacted their customer services who just keep telling me that they “should” arrive before Xmas. They’ve refused to cancel the order and issue a refund”

“Wish I had read the reviews from this place before ordering. Been a week since I ordered. Tried to cancel my order after finding out they ship from Australia as I was relying on the item by a specific date. Received a reply saying “should be here” in time. Simply not good enough. If an item is in stock, why is it taking so long to post? Emailed again to kindly request they cancel & refund me and since been ignored. Leaves me me no option but to open a dispute with PayPal! AVOID”

“AVOID!!!! Don’t reply to emails!!!! I have been chasing this company up since 5th April… I’ve emailed, sent a message to their Instagram, spoken to someone on live chat and each time I have been fobbed off with poor excuses.. all I want is them to cancel my order! I requested to cancel it the day it went through! Surely it doesn’t have to take 5 days to cancel an order… they said it’s because they are in Australia.. so why is it called ‘The Vault UK’ very misleading. I’m still yet to receive any clarification from them to confirm the order is cancelled and to update the Klarna app”
