Very disappointed. I ordered an XL FP polo. You confirmed the XL order. The polo that arrived was a L but a order slip showing XL. I tried calling and emailing you numerous times over the next 10 days but no answer from you. I returned the item, at my own cost, requesting that you correct your error but all you did was refund my card for the polo but no refund on the postage ( tracked signed for delivery). Do you think that is fair / good service?

Ordered a shirt £65 online, which didn't fit, sent back for refund or exchange back in February. I can see on the tracking it was received but still no refund or exchange. Emailed - no reply. Rang but just keep getting hung up on.

Item did not arrive I ordered it a week ago of them taking my money no emails after I tried contacting them 3 times then just got a notified refund given no information at all so buy at your own risk very very poor not even responding to emails

Returned item..too small. Tried to phone your shop to place an order but tel number on your website does not connect. Crazy!!!
