“I was extremely impressed with my treatment . As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a lovely man at reception, he made me a pot of tea and reassured me about my procedure . The Nurses went through everything with me before the doctor performed the EVLA so I knew what to expect .The doctor was also explaining every thing that he was doing from start to finish . I felt very comfortable and would recommend the Vein Centre.”

“I felt no real pain having the procedure done and they were all very friendly with no complaints from myself. I did become worried as the weeks went by because I had painful swelling below my right knee, that at this date I still have. The Consultant did explain to me at the six week check-up that this was good, the swelling would eventually go down and would clear. I certainly hope so.”

“For my actual treatment I was a little anxious as I didn't know what to expect. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from the start. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Considering my treatment lasted one and half hours the time went quickly as the doctor, nurse and I just chatted away. Glad I had the treatment and didn't put it off any longer. 2 weeks after my treatment and my leg is already looking much better. Need to return after 6 weeks for check up.”

“I had a consultation in Milton Keynes department. The doctor, nurse and reception were very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Dr Patel explained everything thoroughly and advised me accordingly. The nurse was lovely and understanding. Definitely recommend them.”

“We found Dr Goode's bedside manners less than what would expect when you go private. When Dr Goode was doing the scan, I expected him to explain a bit of what he was seeing. I asked what can you see? He said I explain in a bit. But much later he showed us a drawing. Unfortunately in the past I have seen different consultants for other stuff privately. They are much more approachable than seeing them by NHS. He also said something which made me concerned late. Dr Goode said due to my veins being close to the surface, there is a danger burning the skin and leave a mark. Surely this is the case with everyone who decides to have this procedure done. Otherwise what's the point. Another word if you can't see them, you wouldn't put yourself through this. Put it this way, neither myself or my wife ( who was there with me) felt happy or assured when we walked out. It may be Dr Goode was having a bad day or didn't like me. And may be normally he is much more pleasant.”

“Everyone was so professional with a smile. The Doctor was so informative and let me watch the ultrasound and explained all of what was on the screen until the end. Can’t rate them highly enough 💯”

“From walking into your clinic in hull was greeted by a lovely receptonist made me & my partner a lovely coffee only waited about 10 minutes then went in to see consultant who was very nice & so was the nurse they both made me feel at ease scan was thorough & he explained what my treatment would be very well, look forward to seeing my results.”
