“Excellent consultation! All the staff were lovely. Starting with Claire the first lady I spoke to when I rang to enquire. On arrival I had a warm welcome and offered a coffee Mr Srinivasamuthy and his nurse were very professional. I liked the way they Explained everything in a simple and informative manner So that anyone could understand. I was happy to book in for my procedure.”

“I was welcomed into the reception area as soon as I arrived and offered a coffee. I was made to feel very relaxed. My consultation was very professional and I left knowing all that I had to know about the forthcoming procedure.”

“I discovered the Veicentre from researching on Google.When I turned up for my initial appointment the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and offered us refreshments. Mr Lewis (the Consultant) and his nurse were also welcoming,friendly and put you at your ease.Mr Lewis scanned my legs and gave me a good examination and explained the best form of treatment for my varicose veins.”

“Absolutely delighted with my experience at Veincentre; the reception and consulting rooms are well presented, and staff are incredibly welcoming. Dr Vishwanath was absolutely lovely; kind, reassuring, and professional. The consultation and ultrasound took no longer than 20 minutes, I received my written report within a few days, and I’m delighted to have the all clear for my surgery this month.”

“I was made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Everything was explained well and there was no pressure to go ahead. I was confident enough on leaving that I'd book the treatment. A good experience. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I called your Head Office the following day, not to be able to book as there were no advisors free. It was agreed that someone would call me back either that day or the following day - that did not happen so I had to ring back the day after to book.”

We are sorry however that you encountered issues when attempting to book in for your treatment and that nobody called you back as you expected.
