“From arrival at the clinic the staff were polite and welcoming. I turned up for my appointment early and it was no bother to be seen there and then. Everything was explained to me and I understand what treatment options are available. I have booked the procedure and I am just waiting for it to be carried out.”

“When I arrived there had been a mix up with the computer and they were not expecting me, in fact, they were just getting ready to go. But soon got on with the job everyone was very professional and told me all that was going to happen. Very happy with the overall experience”

“Great experience from start to finish The doctor and nurse and receptionist were all very friendly and professional they put me at my ease as I was nervous, after my ultrasound the doctor explained everything and went through my options if I need to go ahead with the treatment plan.”

“Friendly ladies on reception , had a new computer update in place causing issues but were lovely and professional and during the chaos it was causing made me a coffee and put me at ease. Radiologist and assistant were lovely and professional and informative , many thanks , great team”

“I was given very good advice by Doctor Wells during my appointment on 28/03/2023 -he suggested that I visit my doctor to undergo some routine tests to establish the cause of my ankle odeoma, as he concluded that the medical issue was not vein-related. Doctor Wells also checked that my veins were still oblated following a procedure that I had received from Doctor West thirteen years ago.”
