“Completely outstanding in every way. Got it for my husband who hasn't yet converted to vegetarian accessories and this wallet has convinced him that they are just as high in quality as the best leather products. It is a beautiful wallet on the outside with personalization that is subtle and perfect, and on the inside with the stitching, color lining, and space. Helen's customer service is extremely fast, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be purchasing from Watson & Wolfe again because of the quality of the product, the wonderful customer service, and the good ethics of the company so I know my purchase is making the world a better place.”

“It took a long time and a lot of research for me to find the right wallet but it seems to have paid off. The service, even with personalisation, was fast and the packaging was well presented. The quality of the vegan material is good and it feels like its made to last. Definitely worth paying that little bit extra. Thank you.”

“There was a problem with delivery of my order. I contacted Watson & Wolfe. Customer service was amazing, especially considering that it was during the run up to Christmas. Helen quickly arranged a replacement - which arrived very promptly. The wallet is perfect - excellent quality, which I am sure my vegan son will appreciate and love. Thank you.”

“The packaging was beautiful. However when I opened it up to see the wallet I was disappointed. I love the fact it was vegan and the size. However the price it a lot higher than I would expect to pay for something had I seen it for real first I probably wouldn't have brought it. Value for money is just not there. The quality of the materials used makes it look quite cheep”
