To be fair this was stated in the terms and conditions but was unexpected as this is not usual for most brands and I had not read the T&C beforehand.

I bought a tracksuit but realise now that these are men’s sizes and it would have been good to know and saved all the expensive returns for both parties. I know they are unisex, but I’d have just ordered small to start with”
