“We are reunited thanks to Webwed!
My husband and I were internationally separated due to the virus. We knew for a long time we'd get married, but wanted to wait until we were in person again to do the proposal. When we realized that wouldn't happen any time soon, we decided to do Webwed. After showing the embassy our license and apostle, I was able to get a visa to India to live with my husband. We are together now and are so grateful. We were apart for 6 months and it's indescribable to be able to be with him again after experiencing so much anxiety from an indefinite wait.
Webwed is more than worth it. It is absolutely worth the price, as well as the technical issues and the customer service. As a warning, we did experience technical issues uploading our documents. Their system is very sensitive and picky about the driver's license/ passport pictures. We were assured that if the documents wouldn't upload, Webwed could send them manually for us. Thankfully, after about 50 tries, it worked, so we didn't have to do it manually. Just keep trying and don't be discouraged by technical issues. They'll get sorted out. Also, keep in mind the customer service sometimes uses a rather impatient tone on the phone and in email. We often got statements saying "we already told you, ___" and so on. We felt it was rude and it made us nervous to ask any questions. The emails also had a lot of typos and we were often confused by what they meant. We hated asking for clarification on them, because that usually resulted in lectures accusing us of not listening. Eventually, we just decided we didn't care. As long as the service gets done and we are legally married, we'd deal with it. On a positive note, however, the customer service was always quick to respond.
Despite the customer service leading up to the ceremony, the ceremony itself was beautiful and our officiant had a warm demeanor. She did a fantastic job. We were able to do vows and have our friends watch and speak as well. We were provided with a video of the ceremony. We received the license promptly and the apostle came after about a week.
We cannot thank Webwed enough. They are the reason we are together now! We will always cherish our wedding video and the memory of our wedding, even if it wasn't how we pictured we'd get married. We highly recommend Webwed. Any difficulties you may face are worth it so you can marry the love of your life!”

I wanted to say thank you so much for your review. If emails and customer service were not up to par. That is something that we have been trying to improve. To not be so direct, add patience, and not rush. I think it was just so overwhelming and we had limited staff. I make no excuses. I have adjusted the hours. So everyone can rest, We are making the app more friendly, I have come up with custom emails for responses. So I am growing and learning. We are a real service and I love what we do. I believe marriage is a constitutional right. I appreciate your honesty and candor. We are making improvements as we go. I had this idea in 2012. Everyone told me to be no. So in 2015, I said I would do everything myself I got a patent and I went to every state and several countries. I never gave up. I more than now know that this is my purpose. I am in tears just writing this. Because I am had one goal ! and that to show the world love and marriage because it connects us all and it just makes the world a better place.

“We were in a situation where we had to get married quickly or we stood to lose thousands of dollars in a real estate deal. We had planned a wedding about a month out but we came upon a hard deadline set by our lender. I contacted our Town Hall and was told that because of Covid -19, that it could take weeks to get married! I googled and found WEBWED.com! We contacted JC at about 5 PM.
