“I was delighted with the HAG chair (the last one 'only' lasted 30 years!). PLUS: The service from the Pershore team was exemplary - ordered on Sunday, a delightful call on Monday morning and a helpful driver appeared by lunchtime on Monday...now that is service - I am sitting comfotably again.”

“We've ordered several Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking and I highly recommend them, especially because they can be customized to suit each of our employees' needs. Philip, who delivered our most recent chair, did an outstanding job demonstrating how to fully adjust it. He didn't just explain the optimal chair positions but also provided guidance on setting up monitors, keyboards, and other equipment for maximum comfort and productivity. I would definitely recommend both the products and the exceptional service provided by the team!”

“Excellent buying experience. Having read numerous reviews I decided to buy a Herman Verus chair for my study. There were a couple of questions I wanted to ask about its suitability so called Wellworking. The phone was answered quickly and I was given good advice. I was also assured that they’d pick the chair up if I wasn’t fully satisfied and either provide an alternative or a refund. The price was competitive and I ordered online. Delivery was then made by a polite driver in 3 business days. It was a nice touch that I want left with a load of packaging. If only all companies offered this excellent level of service. I couldn’t want for more and unreservedly recommend Wellworking, in fact based on my experience my sister in law is now thinking about placing an order!”

“I purchased a Herman Miller Setu chair which ended up not suiting me and I'm in the process of returning it. But I still wanted to write a review as I found Wellworking to be a great, polite, helpful and efficient company. Due to my working pattern I needed to make sure the chair was delivered on a specific date and they were happy to accommodate that. . Now that the chair is not suitable for me they have been excellent in setting up the return and refund. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and I will buy from them again.”
