“I finally took the plunge and got myself a high-quality work chair for my home office and I could not have chosen a better company than Wellworking. The post-purchase process and delivery were top notch. This was matched by the customer support team, who after contacting me to ensure that everything was in order took some feedback onboard and corrected a minor issue with the chair. Whether you’re an individual or company looking to purchase office equipment I can highly recommend Wellworking – the team are clearly focused on putting the customer first.”

“I suffer from low back pain and I needed a new office chair. After reviewing several options and companies I contacted Wellworking after both reading Trustpilot review and examining the T&Cs on their website**. Laura replied to my queries quickly and courteously, answering all my questions fully. After I had decided to purchase from Wellworking I was kept fully informed about the delivery schedule. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and the chair was delivered first thing the following Monday morning. Obviously if you order a non-stock item the delivery time will be a lot longer. The delivery driver (Derek) actually arrived about 30 minutes before the expected time and (as Laura had told me) was more than happy to take the chair (which arrived fully assembled) into my garden office. He also removed and took away all the packaging, and repeated what I had been told that if I was not completely satisfied and notified Wellworking within 14 days they would collect the chair free of charge and replace it or refund me. ** Although the statement on the website about a 14-day cooling off period is only that which is a consumer's right under the Consumer Contract Regulations it is refreshing to see a company that states this and does not try to limit a customer's rights via their T&Cs. I was also impressed that Wellworking would - if necessary - collect the chair at no charge to me. This contrasts with another office furniture supplier that states the customer is responsible for returning an item at their expense.”

“Brilliant service. There was an issue with the posturefit SL mechanism on my chair, so I notified customer services. They were very quick to rectify the issue and deliver a replacement, taking the old one back. Both delivery drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Absolutely amazing chair - should have purchased it years ago. Although this is an ‘entry level’ (I think) chair - it has transformed my sitting position. My lower back is now fully supported and the arms add an extra support. It is fully adjustable and a fabulous chair. The service from Wellworking was excellent. Delivered on time and no assembly required! Highly recommend!”

“Excellent experience through the website, support team, delivery team and pricing was competitive. Most importantly for me has been the quality of after sales care and service. I had questions on chair setup, etc and Philip was fantastic taking 30 minutes on a Teams video call to help. It is very refreshing to see such great after sales care. I would recommend Wellworking and would pay a premium for the support they give.”
