“Such helpful pre-purchase advice. Prices lower than elsewhere. Peace of mind I could return within trial period. Quick change when I accidentally ordered the wrong version of the chair I wanted! Delivered to my office by a friendly delivery person who removed all packaging. I was stressed about making such a big and important purchase but well working made the process much better than I could have imagined. Thank you”

“Great service. I ordered 6 chairs and then decided I only needed 4! The team were easy to get in touch with, swiftly amending my order and refunding the difference. Delivery was also very good, with a 1 hr time slot provided in advance.”

“I recently purchased a Herman Miller Mirra 2 office chair from Wellworking, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. The chair arrived the next day, fully assembled, and within a convenient one-hour delivery slot. They were right on time, which I really appreciated, as I didn't have to wait around all day. The delivery person was fantastic—friendly and professional. He let me know that if I needed any assistance or had any issues with the chair, I could simply call them. He even took the packaging rubbish with him. I had a genuinely positive experience with Wellworking and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I was so pleased with both the service and the chair that my boyfriend ended up purchasing a Mirra 2 from them as well! Great product, reliable service, and thoughtful customer care.”

“Price was good but delivery was 30 minutes ahead of scheduled slot so was delivered to my neighbour, meaning I had to then carry it home”

“Purchased one office chair for home use.. Outstanding service throughout the purchase process. Prices are significantly lower than competitors. Their website gives comprehensive and accurate information on products. Communication was excellent, with rapid, courteous and intelligent responses to all enquiries and frequent emailed updates. Delivery was exactly at the time stated and the chair was unpacked and assembled before I received it. Altogether a very reassuring and professional transaction.
