“Excellent customer service. First chair ordered not quite suitable. Replacement chair order delivered promptly and original chair collected. Delivery drivers helpful and cosiderate. Could not be more satisfied”

“I have just relocated from the States - I’m still moving in. Lots of hassle in moving internationally, but thankfully not with this company. Derick - Dereck - not sure how he spells his name, delivered my chair on time, with care and in a very friendly manner. The chair was assembled and ready to go. It was my first time ordering from this company. They had an easy to navigate website, and I forgot to put the promotional code in after I had placed my order. I reached out and they immediately adjusted the price to reflect the promotional code offer. Great customer service, great prices, great delivery. I highly recommend this company.”

“Wasn’t quite sure if paying so much for a Herman Miller chair was worth it. After all it’s a chair right so it’ll be like every other chair out there. However after some thought, and taking confidence from the 12 year warranty, I went in search of one. Came across Wellbeing via Google and saw their prices so pressed the button. Have to say the whole experience from Wellbeing has been sublime and extremely efficient. Chair came a few days later and thoroughly nice bloke dropped it off assembled at the time the message said he would. Definitely a quality company who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend… and the chair is definitely well worth the money!”

“Service absolutely exceptional. Particularly so considering the distance from their nearest depot. First chair ordered not quite what was needed. Replacement ordered chair delivery and collection of initial order were coordinated concurrently on same day. Delivery drivers on both occasions were polite and helpful. If only all organisations could emulate this standard of service!”

“I recently had a service visit arranged by Wellworking for my five-year-old Herman Miller Aeron Chair, which had stopped maintaining its height. The entire process was seamless, from booking the service to the follow-up. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Krzysztof, who came to service the chair, was both friendly and incredibly efficient. It's refreshing to experience such excellent after-sales care (even years after the purchase). I highly recommend Wellworking!”

“Great company to deal with. Excellent customer service and the delivery was marvellous I was even given a one hour time slot. Wellworking couldn't have been most helpful and obliging and they provide an after sales service too if needed. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience and customer service. Laura was amazing responding very promptly to all my questions and Paul provided top notch guidance when I visited the showroom. Is the definition of a company that care about the customer and want to please them. It was so good that I left the showroom with a HM Mirra 2 Butterfly chair in my car. They also have very good prices for HM chairs and keep a very good stock so you do no need to wait. It also means you can try in the showroom any chair you want before making a final decision. To top it up I feel very confident and secure that if I ever hit any issue with my chair I will receive great post-sales support also.”
