“This is the 3rd time i have used this company Ordered a Office chair on the Saturday and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Would have been delivered on Monday but it was a bank holiday!!!!”

“Pretty good - required some chasing up to get specifics on dates (and an error initially suggested the chair would be delivered a week later). However, this was rectified, and the delivery guy was extremely polite when it did arrive.”

“Placed an order for 2 office chairs. Received an immediate notification regarding delivery. Within 4 working days. Then an update from the online Director confirming exact day. Then the day before an exact time slot. Unbelievable really but a uniformed wellworking employee delivered our chairs, what an amazing personal service. I have no complaints. Would definitely order again”

“Delivered exactly as promised, slightly earlier than the time slot but without needing help finding the place (which is difficult, so they definitely read the instructions). Chair was in perfect condition and they removed the packaging, so I didn’t have to deal with an enormous box. Highly recommended!”

“I ordered a custom made Hermen Miller Sayl Chair. They originally sent me fabric samples which was great. Due to being a bespoke order it took a very long time to come, nearly 3 months. But it arrived on the day they said it was going to arrive, and it was fully assembled and ready to go. I love the chair! would recommend to anyone.”
