“This is the second chair I've ordered from Wellworking. I can not fault their service from placing the order to delivery. The advice provided before deciding which chair to order was fantastic. “I ordered a Humanscale Diffrient World Chair a couple of weeks after lockdown and understandably they could not specify when it could be manufactured but thought I could expect it around 4th May. The day after I ordered i changed almost everything about the specification and it was not trouble at all! A revised invoice came, I paid the extra. All communication was punctual and efficient. I was notified that the chair would be delivered on 1st May (excited that it was a few days early) between a one-hour slot - not that we are likely to be out! The delivery driver unwrapped it outside, took the wrapping away and waited while I tried the chair in the hallway, giving the necessary instructions for the adjustment of arms and height. I am writing this review because I am genuinely impressed with the lovely staff and efficiency of this company and the confidence that came in buying from them. Recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“I am a Developer that sits in my chair for at least 10 hours of the day. Over the last 5 years I have been through at least 5 chairs, So I decided to invest in a more sturdy Chair. I called Wellworking and received excellent advice on which chair to purchase. They delivered the chair when they said that they would within the hour time slot. The gentleman that delivered the chair was very help full and was very experienced in backs and correct seating positions. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the product. I would recommend Wellworking.”

“Chair: Expensive but well worth it! Making working from home enjoyable. Wellworking: Amazing service, advised 2/3 days for delivery, received in less than 24hrs, delivery driver top class, explaining all the functions of the chair. Really recommend investing in comfort and this company is No.1 to assist.”

“When I purchased, the customer service was extremely helpful. It helped me to make my decision to buy a product from them. However, Waiting time was longer than I was originally told. And I was not informed about the delay of delivery schedule until I finally contacted the shop by myself. I was not happy, but they soon dealt with my case smoothly and took all my stress away. After all, I am glad about all their service and attitude. They are responsible and helpful. There was one glitch on the schedule and communication, but good service recovered everything. All was good in the end.”

“The product (a Hermann Miller office chair) was considerably cheaper at Wellworking than John Lewis (where I originally saw and tried it out). The guy that delivered it couldn't have been any more helpful – the chair was unpacked and assembled before he came to the door and he then spent 10-15 minutes going through all the various ways of adjusting it. Very good service indeed!”
