“The wait was long, as the colour chosen, but the delivery, installation in my room, full onsite user training, removal of all the packing and no assembly required was great! I would absolutely recommended this company to anyone :-)”

“Great customer service, Great range of office chairs and tables, Competitive prices, Superfast delivery , Easy communication. Our friends recommended This company It was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we order desk and chair. Staff were friendly and let is know about status of the delivery . In total it took 2-3 business days. We also choose an assemble service which was great. However, the assembly person forgot 1 little part, but it was sent to us immediately and arrived in a few days. Overall, i would purchase more from wellworking and would recommend a friend.”

“Cheapest on the market for the office chair I was after and got it to me within 2-3 days of purchase odver the festive period when most companies were shot. On top of that, the installer/delivery team talked me through ergonomics in the simplest of term. I will recommend this company above others.”

“Wellworking were recommended by the Herman Miller showroom, and the whole process of ordering and delivery was perfect; they did exactly as they said they would. Especially liked having an in-house demo of the chairs and advice on proper ergonomic usage. Much appreciated, and highly recommended!”

“Easily 5 stars feeling sad that buying a chair is not a recurring purchase. Scheduled to arrive very early (I had to reschedule because could not anticipate that that would occur), delivered by an expert who installed it and gave advice not only how to position the purchased product but also gave me lots of information and insight on how to solve the problem for which I purchased it for. I wish more British businesses were like them, tilting towards delivering value than cutting corners.”

“I needed a Hag chair like the one I use at work as quick as possible! I have been off work for 4 months with another fractured vertebra. WellWorking are very professional in every department and delivered my chair in 3 days, delivered by a member of the WellWorking team, the chair fully assembled! If you want to wait 5 weeks for a different colour and pay a few hundred pounds more it may not be for you. Very impressed!!”

“We are a small software deveopment company based in Surrey and we ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair online from Wellworking. I soon got a call to arrange delivery which happened as scheduled. The representative who turned up with the chair helped set it up for the person using it. He also noticed we had some other ergonomic chairs (not purchased from Wellworking) that we hadn't set up properly so he took the time to help us with those as well. I would have no hesitation buying from Wellworking again”

“Amazing customer service and product!!! They delivered on the next day and was not an ordinary delivery guy but a very nice manager that carefully explained all the Herman Miller chair features and even asked e to contact them in a few days so they could arrange a video call (due to COVID otherwise I'm sure he would have done that in right away) for setting up the chair properly according to my need.”
