“Delivery was very quick. Delivery information was excellent. I was given a one hour time slot. The chair I purchased was fully assembled and unpacked when delivered by a very friendly and helpful delivery driver, who lifted the chair just inside my door for me and showed me where the instructions were etc. Very pleased with product and the whole ordering process.”

“Really pleased with my purchase from Wellworking. Ordered a Vitra Rookie for home and appreciated the competitive pricing! Straightforward ordering process, great customer service & delivery on time. My first chair had a slight issue and the team had a new one delivered within 3 days and took the other one away no problem at all. Would happily return for further purchases and recommend to others- individuals and organisations!”

“I had a very positive experience with Wellworking. Their website was one of the must user-friendly when compared to competitors and post-purchase communication was excellent. Extra praise goes to Phil who delivered the chair. After a long drive from London he arrived with the chair already assembled and he also took the time out to give me tips on how to get the best experience out of my purchase. “I had been replacing chairs quite frequently because I am in the chair many hours of the day. I heard the Herman Miller chairs lasted much longer. So I visited Wellworking to view the Aeron and Mirra's chair. They were helpful and I was able to pick the features of the Mirra chair I decided on. The chair arrived approximately in the estimated time I was told. I am pleased with the chair so far. The chair comes with a 12 year warranty so they are worth the money in my opinion if you divide the cost over 12 years.”

“We ordered 2 Herman Miller Aeron chairs. We got excellent advice on which product to buy and the best price. The service we received was second to none. As we were not sure what size of chair would suit, the team put all three sizes on the truck for delivery and we had an expert come and deliver the chairs to us, ensuring we got the correct size of chair and knew the product inside out. I would fully recommend Wellworking and commend them on setting THE leading example for customer service in the industry.”

“I was really pleased with the Humanscale ergonomic desk chair that I bought from Wellworking. Philip, who delivered the chair, was really helpful in showing me how to adjust the height of the chair and arms. He also gave me some great advice about how to make the chair work best for me along with making some other adjustments to my work space, like the height of my computer screen and foot rest. He also took the chair out of its packaging and took that away so that I wouldn't have to dispose of it. I thought Philip and Wellworking went above and beyond great customer service.”
