“Second item I have ordered from this company. Delivered on schedule by a great guy, who clearly loves his job and the company he works for - refreshing! I ordered locking castors, which were not supplied, but replacements are being arranged. It is a pleasure dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.”

“I had an Aeron chair in need of repair. A quick discussion with the folks at Wellworking and they were able to fix it at a cost below my worst fears. Not only that but the service engineer was able to re-acquaint me with all the settings of the chair and how I could get best use out of it. Very helpful indeed. I will certainly be calling on them again if I need any help with my Aeron or indeed with my other types of chair.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Was emailed very promptly after ordering as to when they would plan delivery. Received an updated email closer to the delivery date letting us know a time slot. On the day the weather was miserable so we expected some delays but the driver called us up to update us on this. Very happy with the chair. Would definitely recommend wellworking!”

“I bought my Aeron chair from Wellworking a while ago, in large part because of their reputation for customer service, and the help they offer with set-up. I was always very satisfied with their communications, but there was a delay on the delivery day which meant I missed the chance of set-up advice. Once I finally got round to asking for this to be put right, Wellworking sent David down to my home in the South West to set the chair up to the fullest advantage - and a very good job he did of it! These chairs are an expensive, premium product, and I recommend using Wellworking for their impressive customer service ethos.”

“Wellworking were very helpful over the phone during the ordering process. All correspondence was complete and immediate by E-mail. I new exactly what was happening re delivery and this was very early. Phillip arrived on time, carefully removed the packaging and was very informative in setting up and adjusting the chair to fit me. He also advised on the positioning of my computer screen and on the provision of a footrest. The whole process made me feel important as a customer. Nothing was too much trouble. “This is my first purchase from Wellworking. The website was clear and they had a good range of products, without having so many choices you get lost. Once I'd ordered I had delivery confirmation very quickly, in less than an hour. Delivery was spot on time, and the product (2 chairs) was excellent. The service was great, they checked we knew how to operate the chairs. Overall, very impressed, would use again without hesitation.”

“I Was ordered a chair as a surprise early xmas present. Was alerted several days before of proposed 1hr delivery slot. Delivered on time and Philip was great... took a lot of time showing me the basics of the chair and advice on correct set up for my situation. Philip was a wealth of information and couldn't have been any more helpful. Great chair and service to match.”

“What more can I say? I got a bespoke chair (options chosen to order) 23 per cent cheaper than a ready-made model from the same supplier on J Lewis ('never knowingly,' etc.). I was told when it would be ready and when it would be delivered. I had to change the delivery date. No problem. In these days, when a certain sloppiness affects some companies, this organisation bucks the trend and provides great service. Highly recommended.”
