“I ordered a Herman Miller chair. It came on time. A very well informed, polite and well trained gentleman delivered the chair and demonstrated the chairs functions and set me up for my home office. Highly recommend this company. Chair itself is excellent. Have same one at work too.”

“Excellent service, ordered a chair online and it was delivered the next day which was brilliant. it was delivered fully assembled and the person who delivered it was very lovely, showed me (at a safe distance !) how to set it up etc. would certainly use this company again, very impressed.”

“There was a good choice of delivery slots. The gentleman who delivered the chair to my son's university flat was friendly and knowledgeable. He advised my son about other things to help maintain a good posture, such as a foot stool and laptop stand. Also Wellworking is fantastic in terms of customer service, delivery, and products. My son is very pleased with the chair.”

“Customer service communication was great, I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron and the following day I received an email the following day letting me know it can be delivered the following day with an hour time window. Really happy with the chair and would recommend using Wellworking.”

“Really good service ordered on a Sunday and was contacted on the Monday with a delivery date, unfortunately this was not convenient but Wellworking managed to change the date to a convenient one providing delivery within two working days of the order. It was a refreshing change being able to phone a company and speak to someone straight away rather than going through a call centre - very impressed and the chair I bought is perfect”

“I already have a Herman Miller Mirra chair at work, so was keen to get one for my home office, and a work colleague recommended Wellworking. He was not wrong, as it was all very simple, from ordering to delivery. This was on the very next day, and Alan took the time to talk me through the operation. I learned more about how best to set up the chair, and have been able to apply these lessons at work too. All in all a very good experience, can't recommend enough.”

“I am very impressed by the service and support of Wellworking. Even though the delivery of the chair was delayed by a month through no fault of Wellworking, I was informed by email followed up by a phone call, explaining the reason for the delay. I was offered a loan chair until the chair was delivered. I was also given notice a few days before the delivery, and on the day before the delivery, I received an email and also a call to advise of the day and a 1 hour slot for the delivery. The chair arrived at the time specified (punctually). The staff deliverying the chair was very courteous and friendly. He was very patient and spent time going through how to make best use of the chair. It was a very nice experience, and I would fully recommend anyone purchasing through Wellworking.”
