“Amazing customer service and really happy they offer a finance option for the Herman Miller office chairs as many distributors don’t do this. The chair came quickly, pre assembled and comfortable and functional as ever. Really happy overall.”

“We had our hearts set on a Herman Miller Sayl chair for our home office. It was an expensive purchase, but much less so from Wellworking than from other suppliers. That meant we could afford to build our own with all of the features that we wanted. Wellworking made everything very easy, from order to delivery, with good comms to check that all of the details were correct.”

“I had a very positive experience with Wellworking. Their website was one of the must user-friendly when compared to competitors and post-purchase communication was excellent. Extra praise goes to Phil who delivered the chair. After a long drive from London he arrived with the chair already assembled and he also took the time out to give me tips on how to get the best experience out of my purchase. “A revelation.3 hours at my desk in my old 'ergonomic' chair - then the Herman Miller arrived, assembled and ready to use by Wellworking's own delivery folk, exactly on time. Took 10 mins to understand how to adjust it and get it right for me, then 7 hours straight in that chair. My old chair would see me with back pain, leg pain hip pain within an hour, wriggling and writhing to get comfortable. 7 hours in this chair - no pain, no wriggle, better posture and a huge smile on my face. Worth every single penny and more.”

“I was super impressed. I decided to actually invest in a nice chair, and the customer service matched the price. I think they use their own delivery network and my chair was delivered quickly with no fuss by someone who seemed like a specialist. Not some crazy Amazon delivery guy who chucks your furniture at you, but rather a competent human who put everything together for me before handing it over and explained everything that he'd done. Love my chair, totally recommend.”

“What a fantastic company !! I ordered a new office chair as my Aeron broke after 23 years. I didn't realise that they would hand deliver my new Aeron and advise me on repairing my broken chair. Cant recommend enough !!!!”
