“Delivered next day, which was early, within a 1 hour time slot. Chairs in good condition (as in didn't get damaged in transit etc).”

“Ordered a chair from the Wellworking website, which was in stock. Best price I could find the chair online. It was then delivered within 48 hours. Delivery guy set the chair up in about 2 minutes and explained how it all worked. He suggested I should call them with any questions about the chair if I needed to, and they would help. He took away all the large packaging too.”

“Exceptional online shopping experience The 1st place I’ll look for any future purchases, will be recommending to family & friends I called the Galashiels office Late Monday Afternoon & spoke to Paul who was great very helpful asked where I'm from, “were up that way on Wednesday” So I went online & ordered a chair, it got delivered Wednesday (1 hour time slot) perfect service, I then called to return the chair on Thursday morning nothing wrong with the chair, just not suitable for me, Paul said we can collect it Friday & issue a full refund, But I ordered another model of chair & we arranged for it to be delivered & swapped with the 1st chair the following day (1 hour time slot) an overall exceptional online shopping service that would be hard to beat.(all done in 4 working days) Very Pleased & Highley recommend”

“I bought a Herman Miller chair from Wellworking recently, The website was clear and easy to understand and to order through, and I received several emails and updates prior to delivery (which only took 3 working days from the date of order, despite me living out in the sticks somewhat). Wellworking have their own logistics team and the man who delivered it was probably the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable delivery man I've ever come across - he talked in detail about the qualities of the product I'd bought, how best to set it up etc. All in all I'm very pleased - I was recommended both the chair and Wellworking by a couple of people I know and would happily pass that recommendation on to other people following my experience.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. I have ordered Herman Miller Sayl chair and it was priced reasonably. I have made a bit of a mess as I have ordered customised option thinking it will arrive within the timescale provided for in stock chairs. I contacted Wellworking and lovely Emma amended my order in no time and I had my chair delivered within a couple of days. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering buying high quality chair and wanting excellent customer experience.”
