“Love our new clock for our new home office. Brilliant service all round. Managed our expectations when we ordered, to say it would be 5 weeks to arrive. Received a phone call when ready to be delivered. And then personally delivered exactly on time, within the quoted 1 hour window. Other companies should take note of what fantastic customer service looks like. Highly recommend Wellworking.”

“Exceptional service not only from the sales staff but also the delivery staff. Didn't get on with a particular chair, the team encouraged me to swap the chair and try another model. No hassle picked up and drop off at the same time, super quick. Super happy, you can trust these guys 100% in service and recomendations”

“From start to finish a great experience with Wellworking. Took 3 days from ordering to getting the chair. Even the delivery guy was knowledgeable and offered to give my instructions on how to use the chair (which I didn't take as I'd already used one before). He also took away all the unwanted packaging. Can't fault the service. Superb!”

“Ordered online at 6PM, delivered before midday the following day by a friendly, smiley delivery man. Chair fully assembled and there available to immediatly use. Excellent service.”

“Excellent product and great service, despite some confusion on the website with the description of the chair being the same as another, as the chair colour that was delivered (48hrs after order was placed) was not the one that I ordered. However within another 48 hours this was collected and replaced with the correct chair, all of which was communicated well and very timely. Would have been 5 stars if chair would have been correct on first delivery. I would use this company again despite the slight set-back.”

“Amending my review after a hugely impressive after sales care strategy by their logistics team. Items are clearly of high quality and well packaged and where I had a small issue their team jumped on it immediately and fixed my problem. I’m just a single ‘home office’ type customer but was made to feel like Jeff Bezos. Excellent”
