“The ordering process was very smooth and my Herman Miller chair arrived on the agreed date and the agreed time. Phil, who delivered the chair was very generous with his time in helping me understand the controls for set up. A great retail experience - an all to rare thing these days! Well done.”

“The seat is too hard and the back support too localised on the spine rather than the width of the back as well. Not for people with back problems. Shame because it looks lovely. Otherwise, great customer service from Wellworking.”

“I have ordered three chairs, one which I wanted to return in exchange for a more expenside chair. The customer service is great with a very quick response time. The team were helful and a return was aaranged with no fuss. Online ordering is super easy and the customer service team e-mail you with a delivery date/time slot. Very happy customer :)”

“Good choice of products at reasonable prices compared to major retailers. Delivered in two days. The driver was really helpful and help set up the desk and then took away the cardboard. A really good service.”

“I wanted an Aeron and fast. HM needed weeks to deliver so I looked elsewhere for ready stock. Had no idea who Wellworking was and even did get suspicious just after ordering. But their communication from the moment they received the order through to delivery was just perfect. The delivery person was great and I have a feeling that someone might have even wiped the Aeron chair beforehand.”

“I ordered our office chair just after Christmas and before New Year's. We had confirmation of the shipment and it was delivered on 2nd Jan at the specified time. The driver was also kind enough to take it upstairs. Would highly recommend Wellworking”
