“Both the service (order processing/communications) and delivery were prompt and very professional. The delivery was by Wellworking's own driver (not a 3rd party delivery company) who was friendly, careful and very helpful. I couldn't ask for more”

“Your driver was brilliant. A mature individual, he was new to the job and was genuinely very enthusiastic about the company, the products and his job. He highlighted all of the details on the paperwork, pointing out the customer care details, should there be an issue. I only mention this, as this approach is not common and really refreshing. To add, I do not normally write reviews, but his actions warranted this. Very happy customer.”

“A good website - informative and easy to navigate and make a purchase. This was followed up very quickly with confirmation of a delivery date, which was then narrowed down to a 1-window a couple of days before. The delivery driver was really helpful and courteous. It was an all round excellent experience and I will be purchasing from Wellworking again.”

“Great price, amazing service. We are a happy repeat customer of WellWorking. Recently we bought two new Herman Miller chairs, and one of them has a small tear upon arrival. We made a call and Laura from WellWorking quickly arranged a swap and made good of the issue.”

“Really good service – regular & clear updates on order status, delivery, etc. The delivery was on time, and the removal of packaging was very convenient. Plus Wellworking were also the cheapest Herman Miller supplier I could find – so what is there not to like? Highly recommended – I would use Wellworking again.”

“I had already had great service from Wellworking when I ordered my Herman Miller chair so I naturally chose this company for a second Herman Miller chair. Good information on the website meant I was able to order the right size and at a good price. Delivery was fast and fabulous - Phil spent plenty of time setting up the chair to our requirements, with a dose of philosophy thrown in for free!”

“Overall the service was excellent, although an initial email enquiry went unanswered. Sadly, the chair I ordered wasn't right for me but this wasn't a problem, with Wellworking's return policy. Both delivery men were very pleasant and willingly carried the chair upstairs for me (on delivery) and down again (when I returned it). Wellworking has a good range of chairs and delivery is quite fast. I would recommend.”

“This is what buying online should be like all the time! Easy to use website, Apple Pay to make checkout frictionless, excellent communication, rapid delivery and the most polite and professional (in-house) delivery team. Product was excellent too but appreciate they didn't make that.”

“Very professional. I couldn't fault them. Proper van. The guy turned up in uniform. Insisted that he checked that I knew how to use the product and gave me a demonstration. Unpacked the chair and brought it into the room for me.”

“Brilliant visit to your website, noted your current offers, and easily arranged an appointment at your showroom. “They dealt with my requests pretty well. Only slight issue was that they substituted a black part in my chair with a white one, without giving me a choice.”
