“Ordered a chair from the Wellworking website, which was in stock. Best price I could find the chair online. It was then delivered within 48 hours. Delivery guy set the chair up in about 2 minutes and explained how it all worked. He suggested I should call them with any questions about the chair if I needed to, and they would help. He took away all the large packaging too.”

“This is the first time l have spent so much on a chair in my life ! A relative persuaded me to splash out on a high end working desk chair, as it will have benefits, that go far beyond the inital price. Now l've got it and use it, l totally understand now why it was recommended to me. The quality of its engineering is brilliant and its sturdiness, balance and adjustability is perfect. I thank Wellworking for their knowledge and understanding to the products they sell and for their comprehensive website, of which gave me different options l required.”

“I needed a replacement seat base and arm for an RH400 chair. I was surprised this request was taken so seriously. They even came to my flat as it was near their London office to fit and replace both parts. I didn't think customer service like this existed in the UK! Very friendly staff who performed beyond my expectations. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I ordered a Herman Miller office chair that was delivered 3 weeks earlier, and £200 cheaper, than I could find elsewhere. Non automated email updates (from named people: a rarity these days) were followed up with two friendly delivery personnel, who arrived bang on time. They deservedly call it 'Precision Service', and I will certainly recommend.”

“Probably the best online product purchase I’ve experienced. Great web site, easy to configure product, understand pricing, place order. Also informative. Great range of stock and great inventory. All email notifications were v timely, informative and personal. Product delivery within a couple of days, arrived exactly when they said. Very courteous delivery person. Product assembled and in perfect condition on arrival. Just an excellent experience, start to finish.”

“Ordered a chair for the home office environment, arranged for a delivery time and then on the day, had an excellent walk through of the chair and how best to set it up. Really excellent service from beginning to end, highly recommended. One suggestion by them was to get a foot support which I have now done, again from Wellworking.”

“Extremely fast delivery, 3 working days advised, almost got it the next business day bot they had a problem with the delivery van, and needed to rearrange for the next day. Excellent communication. I bought a mirra 2 chair, came in perfect conditions, carried in arms like a baby from the van to my door. They get rid of the packaging material and you don't need it to return stuffs to them. That's pretty handy. I found the chair about 5% cheaper in other website, but the 14 days return policies from wellworking outweighs that 5%, seems way easier to deal with than other sites.”

“I always think a good measure of a company is the quality of the delivery people. Most companies don't realise that the delivery people are client facing. This morning I had a desk and chair installed, I could not be happier with the two delivery guys from Wellworking. They were polite, respectful of my home (as I had just had it decorated), efficient, and have done a great job of installing my desk. The whole process has been great, right from ordering to delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wellworking.”
