“Great service, delivery and set-up. Answered my pre-purchase questions; delivered on time; set up of the chair was very thorough (thank you David). Competitve price. Was available slightly cheaper at just one other supplier but without the first-floor installation and set-up. Happy I spent the extra.”

“Wellworking is one of the few vendors in the UK that stock the Vitra Eames EA118 chair, so this in itself is a recommendation. When I ordered the chair, Wellworking gave me an exact delivery date. However, owing to matters beyond Wellworking's control, the chair could not be delivered until a few days later. Nonetheless, Wellworking kept me informed. The actual delivery was made precisely at the mutually pre-arranged time and was done most considerately given the difficulty in accessing the building. Finally, Wellworking proved to have an excellent after-sales service which helped me to figure out the finer points of how to adjust the chair for optimal comfort.”

“Outstanding customer service. First chair (Herman Miller Cosm) turned up with an annoying click and creak, replaced without question with a new unit within days. Free returns. The standard all companies should aim for with online shopping.”

“This is the second Aeron chair I've bought from Wellworking and the customer service this time was even better than the first. I ordered the chair on Monday evening and received on Wednesday morning. The gentleman who delivered my chair was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations which were very high based on past experience with Wellworking.”

“Ordered a Herman Miller chair on Sunday. Notified of delivery slot on Monday for Wednesday 12-1pm. Arrives at 12:05pm on the Wednesday. Chair came pre-assembled. No box or packaging waste. Nice man called "Phil" doing the delivery gives me an in depth demo on how to use the chair and how to configure it for my weight and size. Got loads of extra advice on posture and desk setup. Tell's me it's got a 12 year warranty and anything goes wrong just call and they will fix it. What more could you want?”

“The service was excellent. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was the reason in the end I bought from well working. Honest and reliable. The chair is great and has already helped correct my seating position and ease my aching back. Instructions were visual and needed some trial and error to fathom but chair is so easy to manipulate different parts that it’s no issue now.Lime green is more yellow but saved me money and I cannot see when seated! A great buy from an excellent company.”

“Wellworking has a good selection of chaire to choose from at good prices. The information provided is clear and comprehensive enabling an informed choice. The order process is easy to folllow and a precise delivery date and time is given for delivery, which in my case was adhered to and I received my chair from a helpful and friendly delivery person.”
